Welcome to the website for CMEA Bay Section. CMEA Bay Section is a regional affiliate of MENC , The National Association for Music Education, and CMEA, The California Association for Music Education. Our mission is to promote music education in our schools, sponsor festivals and other musical activities for our students, and provide information, training, and an exchange of ideas for music educators.
