***CMEA Bay Section was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1961. Prior to 1970, there were separate Festival Boards and Conference Boards with separate Presidents for each group. Since it's consolodation in 1970 both boards (now the festival and conference committees) are now under one organizational umbrella.
