- Ask ERIC. The world's largest educational database available at no-cost to the public. There are lesson plans for music grades K-12.
- British Journal of Music Education. BJME aims to provide clear, stimulating and readable accounts of current issues in music education worldwide, together with a section containing extended and useful book reviews.
- CAIRSS for Music. CAIRSS for Music is a bibliographic database of music research literature. The database is a joint venture between faculty and staff at the University of Texas at San Antonio and Southern Methodist University.
- Canadian Music Centre. The Canadian Music Centre is the place to find scores, parts and recordings of music by close to 500 Canadian composers.
